Clients who purchase a service package receive free upgrades and new software releases. All FutureNet clients, both transcription service and platform SaaS clients will be contacted when the latest version of software is released.
FutureNet updates its software frequently. Before any upgrades are made to the system, a software release notice is issued to clients outlining the new features and enhancements included in the update. A scheduled upgrade date is always included with the correspondence so clients have plenty of advance notification.
